Class 0 compressed air
The scrolls never touch and no lubrication is needed in the compression chamber, so no oil is introduced into the air.
SpiralAIR SPR 2-30 supplies Class 0 compressed air to ISO 8573-1. Scroll technology, a low noise level and IE3 motors make it suitable for sensitive and continuous production processes.

One scroll is fixed while the other follows an orbital path, gradually reducing the volume of the air.
The air enters the chamber between the two scrolls and is drawn towards their centre as its volume is gradually reduced. Because the scrolls never touch, no oil is needed for compression.
SpiralAIR is intended for systems where air purity and reliable operation are essential.
The scrolls never touch and no lubrication is needed in the compression chamber, so no oil is introduced into the air.
The low noise level of the enclosed SPR models allows installation without a dedicated compressor room in many working environments.
The IE3 motors and the reduced consumption in unloaded running lower the overall electricity consumption.
The controller displays warnings, the service schedule and operating parameters. It is standard on SPR 10-30 and available as an option on SPR 2-8.
Official ABAC figures for free air delivery (FAD) at 8 and 10 bar, shown in m³/min, l/min and m³/h.
The values in m³/min and l/min are calculated from the official ABAC FAD data in m³/h. The figures shown are rounded to one decimal place.
SpiralAIR is intended for industries with high compressed air purity requirements.
Tell us the flow rate you need, whether you need a working pressure of 8 or 10 bar and how many hours a day the compressor will run. We will suggest a suitable model from the Mono, Multi or Open series.
